💧 How It Plays

Commander: Bristly Bill, Spine Sower – landfall and +1/+1 counters.

Landfall: whenever a land enters under your control, Bristly Bill puts a +1/+1 counter on target creature. Ramp spells like Cultivate, Kodama’s Reach, Nature’s Lore, Skyshroud Claim and Scapeshift put extra lands onto the battlefield, so you trigger him several times each turn.

When your board is ready, Bill’s activated ability doubles the number of +1/+1 counters on each creature you control. A few activations turn a modest board into a lethal one.

Cards you’ll see in the photos include: Avenger of Zendikar, Craterhoof Behemoth, Lotus Cobra, Scapeshift, Rampaging Baloths, Tireless Tracker, Titania, Protector of Argoth, Birds of Paradise and Courser of Kruphix.
