Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. You never pay a shipping fee at checkout.

Processing time

We print, count and pack every deck before it ships. Orders leave us within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery times start when your order ships:

• United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia: 5–10 business days.
• All other countries: 7–21 business days.

For example, an order to the US usually arrives 6–13 business days after you place it. The product page shows an estimated delivery window before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. A few regions can take longer than the times above because of local postal services or customs checks.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can follow it anytime on the Track My Order page.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Delayed, damaged or missing items

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, your parcel arrives damaged, or cards are missing, email contact@voidforgeproxy.shop with your order number. Missing cards are resent free. See our Refund Policy for returns.
